Accompanying the story is an interactive "Search and Find" on each page, where children can look for the three B's: a bee, a butterfly, and a bird. At the back of the book, readers can learn how to grow their own sunflowers and explore the concept of how our thoughts are like seeds.

Targeted at ages 4 to 10, this book is the creation of Emily Holdaway, known for her widely celebrated New Zealand blog, Raising Ziggy. The illustrations are beautifully crafted by Craig Phillips, an international multi-award-winning illustrator.
