Noah is happy that his ark was finished in time for the great flood. It offers protection to all animals on earth. But it doesn't take long for the animals to become dissatisfied: the giraffe doesn't have enough space, the monkeys complain about the leaky roof. Fortunately, the white dove appears shortly afterwards and brings long-awaited news: land is in sight!
The story of Noah's Ark has been told countless times, but rarely as child-friendly and humorously as by Piotr and Jozef Wilkon.
Józef and Piotr Wilkon are a prestigious duo—Józef is considered one of the most famous illustrators of books in Poland and his son, Piotr, is a well known theater director and writer.

About the Author
Józef Wilkon was born in Bogucice, Poland. He studied painting and art history in Krakow. In Poland he is considered one of the most famous illustrators of books for children and adults. Józef Wilkon draws inspiration from a wide variety of sources, such as the folk art of his homeland and ancient Greek paintings. There is also a walk-in ark among his sculptures. He lives with his son Piotr near Warsaw.
Piotr Wilkón was born in Warsaw, Poland. After finishing his studies, he worked as a teacher for many years. As a theater director, Piotr developed plays and dramas with his students and was particularly active in the field of improvisation. Piotr has written numerous picture book texts for his father, Polish artist Józef Wilkon, including Noah’s Ark. Today Piotr Wilkon lives with his father near Warsaw.
